NBA Narratives – Feb 12th

Happy Sunday everyone!

Small 4 game slate in the NBA today, but a couple of narratives worth looking at as you set your DFS lineups for a 3:30pm EST lock.  And as an aside, I had no idea Drake was such a big UK fan.

NBA Birthdays

No active NBA Birthdays today, but happy birthday to former Cavalier great and severely underrated dunker Larry Nance…

And happy birthday to one of the greatest of all time, Bill Russell

Revenge Games

Tyreke Evans takes on the Sacramento Kings tonight, his former team.  Tyreke has been battling an ankle injury, but is listed as “Probable” as of the writing of this article for Sunday night’s game.  No idea what kind of run he’ll get, but might be worth a look.

David Lee takes on the New York Knicks who (shockingly) let his talent go to waste in his time there.  Lee has been getting plenty of run with Gasol out, so this might be a decent spot for him.

We also have a Coach revenge game, as Tom Thibodeau and his young Minnesota Timberwolves host his former team turned trainwreck the Chicago Bulls. Thibs doesn’t seem like the kind of guy to hold a grudge, does he?

Other Narratives

In what might be the best Narrative of the day, Anthony Davis and Boogie Cousins square off in a battle of former Kentucky superstars.  Davis took on Karl Anthony-Towns yesterday in another “Former UK Players” narrative, and did not disappoint, tossing up 66.8 DK points.  This battle of two of the best young bigs in the game should be a fun one to watch.

Enjoy the games everybody!  And as always, catch us @NBANarratives and let us know what you liked and what we missed.
