A generous 11-game slate the day after Christmas gives us not one central #narrative to focus on, but a couple #revenge spots as well as some homecomings for some in the Association. Let’s get to it:

Revenge Games

Jeff Green (Orlando vs. Memphis) – Jeff gets his old Grizzly team where he spent two seasons playing at a sub par level

Aaron Brooks (Indiana @ Chicago) – Brooks was the backup point guard for the Bulls the past two seasons before becoming a Pacer this year. Not much court time though with a red-hot Jeff Teague as the primary ball handler.

Nik Stauskas (Philadelphia @ Sacramento) – Sauce Castillo was drafted by the Kings in 2014 and then shipped out-of-town one year later. It was not a mutual parting of the ways, so Nik could be playing high energy off the bench tonight.

Jeremy Lin (Brooklyn vs. Charlotte) – Linsanity gets the team he played for last season for the first time since signing with the Nets in the off-season.

Homecoming Games

Kay Felder (Cleveland @ Detroit) – Mr. Felder returns to his hometown of Detroit where he also played college ball at Oakland University. Perhaps Kyrie the GOAT gets the night off on the road back-to-back and Felder gets to show off in front of family and friends….

Greg Monroe (Milwaukee @ Washington) – Monroe played college bball at Georgetown. A pretty up and down track record when he returns back to D.C. per @statmuse:

Kris Humphries (Atlanta @ Minnesota) – Hump goes home where he was born in Minneapolis and also attended the University of Minnesota

Terrence Ross (Toronto @ Portland) – T Ross was born in Portland, Oregon

Cory Jefferson (Suns) – not on the slate

Carol Thomson (Free Agent) – shout out to my Mom who celebrates her birthday today. She is an avid DFS player in both football and basketball which satisfies her extreme competitive streak. Her twitter handle is @greenbaywithenvy. .

As always, let us know what we missed @nbanarratives — Thank you!
